I’m a personal chef serving Amherst, Northampton, and the grater Pioneer Valley area, specializing in nourishing, seasonal cooking that supports whole‑body wellness. With over a decade of culinary experience and a growing foundation in nutrition science, I help individuals and families feel nourished and supported throughout their week.

My restaurant career began in New York City after graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2013. Since moving into private chef work, I’ve focused on creating meal plans that are both nutrient-dense and practical for each client’s needs, along with organized systems that make healthy eating feel accessible rather than overwhelming.

​

This fall, I will be continuing my pursuit in becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Becoming an RDN is the perfect intersection of my love for cooking, passion for providing quality care, and applying pragmatic, evidence-based advice to help guide people to a lifestyle that fits their goals.
